General Info

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated below:

• Do not claim the commissioned artwork as yours
• Do not modify, trace, copy or sell my work without my permission
• I have the right to refuse or cancel orders
• I won't make exact or very similar copies of drawings I or another artist has already done
• I won't draw anything that contains racist, homophobic, transphobic, or similar sentiments
• Extras (such as weapons, pets, etc.) or very complex designs may increase the price

Payments

• Paypal ONLY
• Full payment after the sketch is approved
• Payment plans are permitted but must be communicated beforehand
• Refunds won't be possible after the payment is done

Deadlines and Delivery

• I finish artworks in a time frame of 1 week up to 3 months
• If you have a deadline for your project please specify it when ordering
• A rush-fee might be added with a shorter deadline

Use and Intellectual Property Rights

• All my works are for personal use only
• Exception: Emotes and Badges may be used on Twitch, Youtube, or other streaming platforms
• For commercial use (e.g., merch, prints, etc.) an extra fee will be added
• I retain all rights to my artwork
• You may request a delay of showcasing the work
• The usage of my work for AI tools, platforms or programs is strongly prohibited
